A limited edition "live bootleg" released on Shoko's private label, Bearforest Records. The tracks included on the album are taken from Shoko's live show at Shibuya-AX on December 17, 2009. Backing Shoko are the members of the rock band Jack-tachi (on guitars, drums and backing vocals) and longtime Shoko associate Shinobu Kawai on bass and backing vocals.
