Pencil & ink, shaded in Photoshop
As I said in the "Mario Impemba" commentary, this wasn't meant to be inked or shaded at first (and actually, was drawn before the "Mario Impemba" picture). I was just goofing off with this, as you may be able to tell by the dialogue balloon, which was thrown in as an afterthought because the woman is standing over a corpse.
