Puffy's first album, released not too long after "Asia no Junshin". If you were expecting "Asia no Junshin" x7 on this album, look elsewhere. There are some surprisingly hard rockers ("Toku Suru Karada", "Simple") mixed with a country-style ballad ("Sakura Saku"), mid-tempo pop/rock ("Nagiaki Shitene", "Puffy no Hey! Mountain!") and even traces of jazz ("Usagi Channel"). And really, you can't go wrong with a song called "Puffy no Hey! Mountain" - which isn't nearly as silly sounding as the title might suggest.
This disc is well worth tracking down, if you can find it. However, as with most of Puffy's pre-2004 output, this disc is now out of print.

Notes:
- "Asia no Junshin" is the only song from this album currently available in the U.S. - the English language version is on An Illustrated History, while the original Japanese version was released on the Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi soundtrack.
- Music videos for both "Asia no Junshin" and "Toku Suru Karada" are available on Run! Puffy! Run!.
- The opening to "Usagi Channel" is similar to the opening to the Pink Floyd song "San Tropez".
- The musical backing of “Asia no Junshin” (the descending guitar line in particular) is similar to the old ELO hit “Don't Bring Me Down”.
- Tamio Okuda shares the lead vocal of "Puffy no Hey! Mountain" with Ami and Yumi.
