The U.S. version of Puffy's 10th anniversary disc. Aside from the bonus tracks, all the songs from the Japanese version of Splurge are present, though in a different order (also, a couple of songs appear here in English-language versions not on the original version). Also, for the first time a Puffy album in the U.S. utilized the same artwork as its Japanese counterpart (aside from changing the "Puffy" to "Puffy AmiYumi").

With Tofu Records having gone out of business, this disc is no longer in print.

Notes:

  • A limited amount of autographed copies (usually 30) were sold at each venue of the "Splurge! Splurge! Splurge!" tour of the eastern & midwestern U.S. in the summer of 2006.
  • "Call Me What You Like (if you like rock-n-roll)" and "Shall We Dance?" (from the Japanese version of Splurge) are the same song with different lyrics. The same is true of "Go Baby Power Now" and "Onna Machine-gun".
  • The main guitar line of “Call Me What You Like (if you like rock-n-roll)” is seemingly derived from the main riff of “My Sharona” by the Knack.
  • “Nice Buddy” and “Beginnings” were released on a Japanese single a year before Splurge came out; the two songs were also remixed for inclusion on Spluge, with the backing vocals and keyboards being mixed down in both songs.
  • The melody and lyrics of the chorus of “Tokyo I'm On My Way” are almost identical to those of the 1978 song “Tokyo,” by Dutch band Gruppo Sportivo.
  • "Radio Tokyo" is a cover of a song originally done by the Marvelous 3, Butch Walker's old band.
  • "Beginnings" was played over the closing titles of the Pokemon movie #8.
