Puffy's second greatest hits disc in their homeland, released nearly seven years after the previous one, The Very Best of Puffy. Unlike most hits collections, though, this one was voted on by the fans, which resulted in some choices you might not have thought of at first - such as "Hitoni Yasashiku", "Invisible tomorrow" and "Tomodachi". Thankfully, this separates this disc from the earlier hits disc by not focusing completely on Puffy's hits (though most of the biggest hits are accounted for). Additionally, all of Puffy's most recent singles up to this point (from "Hi Hi" though "Hataraku Otoko") are present.
As an extra bonus, the disc contains a new song, "Otomemoriaru," a track used in an ad campaign for Lavshuca cosmetics in early 2007. The track was composed and produced by the two-man team of Anders Hellgren and David Myhr, who were also responsible for "Soshun Monogatari" on Splurge.
Additionally, if one purchased the limited edition of the CD, you received a second disc - a 8-cm CD single including four tracks. The first three are tracks that originally appeared on the U.S. version of Splurge, though in slightly different forms. The fourth track is a live rendition of "Basket Case," which was previously unreleased. All in all, a nice bonus for those of us who spent a few extra dollars for the limited edition.
The limited edition of this album is long out of print, but the regular edition should still be readily available.

Notes:
- The tracklisting for this album was decided upon as a result of an online poll of Puffy fans voting for their favorite Puffy songs. Each person could vote for up to three songs, give their reasons for selecting the songs, and leave a small message for Puffy.
- Several songs are mixed differently than the original versions: "Hi Hi" omits the opening static sound effects from the original, while "Invisible tomorrow" lacks the count-in of the original. Also, the final guitar chord of "Invisible tomorrow" doesn't fade out like it originally did.
- Two of the three tracks on the bonus CD single are not the same as their U.S. counterparts: "Call Me What You Like (if you like rock-n-roll)" has a completely different intro, and "Go Baby Power Now" is mixed differently, with added guitar parts as well as massive echo being applied to Ami and Yumi's vocals.
- The live version of "Basket Case" on the bonus CD is from the same concert presented on the Tour! Puffy! Tour! 10 FINAL DVD (though this particular performance was excised from the DVD).
